A view from my window this small oil painting l painted in 2020! And I recently SOLD in a studio exhibition. I am going to miss it as some paintings just sparkle and this one does. It’s an unusual view of Venice where I have been many times and I try and find unique views in this beautiful city.

After the rain 90x90 cm this painting was inspired

After the rain 90x90 cm this painting was inspired by a walk which I did in 2020 at the Devil’s Punch bowl, how times fly. I was walking with a friend and we got lost. Rather spooky and at the same time very exhilarating. The barks of the trees were glistening and the paths were forming rivets as the rain pelted down. A painting full of memories.

Winter Wimbledon Common 40x40 cm This painting is part of a series . With the wind blowing and the cold air approaching we might even see snow ❄️ I thought this view looks very like Christmas 🎄

The lake @hurlingham there is some lovely gold and burnt sienna and light greens which reflect in the pond. I pass this view most days and I watch the changes as the seasons set in. I managed to get the last of warm colours before the leaves have completely fallen. Oil on canvas 50x60 cm

Holland Park autumn colours there are so many lovely shapes and colours at this time of the year. Plein air with a lovely group #sofap lead by #martinburrough . A squirrel was trying to eat my lunch 🥗 and a bird left its droppings on me missing my painting!
